What if I've been out of the work force for awhile?

Where and how often do we meet?

For 1:1 coaching sessions, we will generally meet 1x per week until we build a strong foundation in our work together. We will then continue meeting at the cadence that works best to help you accomplish your career goals. If you are in a rush to land a new job, we can likely meet with you more frequently.

Each coaching call is 55 min and we meet over zoom. All calls are conveniently recorded for your benefit and will be shared with you after each session. This allows you the opportunity to review any key recommendations or guidance (if needed or desired). At the end of each 1:1 call, we will always summarize next steps and book the next session.

How do the Office Hours work?

The Dynamo Careers Office Hours are a wonderful opportunity to stay connected on a weekly basis - beyond your personal 1:1 coaching calls.

The call is usually led directly by Sonja. Attendance is optional, not required. You can ask questions, listen in to other members questions, and/or utilize this call as weekly accountability to stay on track with your goals. There is usually a small group in attendance - which allows for the perfect combination of community engagement and individual interaction to get your high-level topics and questions answered.
